• Images from your session may be used in our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

• Boudoir sessions are treated with strict confidentiality and will only be shared with explicit written permission.

• If you do not wish for your images to be used publicly, please let us know in writing at the time of booking or anytime thereafter.

4. Gallery Access & Security

• Galleries are hosted on secure, third-party platforms (such as Pixieset).

• By default, galleries are public and may appear on our gallery page unless you request otherwise in writing.

• Boudoir galleries are password-protected and hidden by default.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• When required by law

• To trusted service providers (e.g., gallery hosting, payment processing), under strict confidentiality

• Request access to your personal information

• Ask us to correct or delete your personal information
