By accessing your gallery hosted by Rieg & Eidie | RRAD Photo Video via Pixieset, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Gallery Access & Expiry

• Your gallery will be available for a limited time as specified in your delivery email. Please ensure all downloads are completed before the expiration date.

• Once the gallery expires, access will be permanently disabled and images will no longer be available for download unless otherwise arranged.

2. Image Use

• Images are licensed for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• You may download, print, and share your images for personal use (e.g., on social media, with friends and family, or in personal albums).

• Commercial use, resale, or distribution of images without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Copyright & Ownership

• All images remain the copyright property of Rieg & Eidie | RRAD Photo Video.

• We retain the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

4. Image Integrity

• Please do not alter, crop, add filters, or otherwise modify the images in a way that misrepresents our work or branding.

• We take pride in delivering professionally edited work that reflects our style and quality.

5. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. All galleries will be public by default and may appear on our main gallery page, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

• Boudoir galleries are an exception, these are always password-protected and hidden from our gallery page unless we have explicit written permission from the client to share them publicly.

• You may share the gallery link at your discretion.

• If you experience issues accessing your gallery or need assistance with downloading or printing, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
